Once your order is shipped out, we will email you a tracking number and link from orders@einaahluwalia.com. Do add us to contacts in your email address list so that our emails to you do not land up in your spam folder.

IMPORT DUTIES

Our shipping rates are exclusive of any duties or import taxes that may or may not be applicable at the time of import into the country of delivery. Any such duties or taxes are calculated locally at the time of import and we advise customers to consult with their local post office for more information on the current rates.

We do not ship orders above INR 70,000 internationally. If you'd like to make a bulk purchase, do contact us at contact@einaahluwalia.com.

Old Soul Collectibles are only shipped within India.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Each piece at Eina Ahluwalia is individually handcrafted by our master craftsmen, they are one of a kind creations, and not factory manufactured. As a result there may be subtle variations from from one piece to the next, and minor differences in the natural semi precious stones we use.

However, we strive to maintain aesthetic uniformity and each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out.

Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product - we request you to report any damages in transit within 2 working days of delivery along with photos of the same, via Whatsapp on 9831309125 or at orders@einaahluwalia.com.

In case of either event, you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging. Cost of the courier (including the original packaging) sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us.

Upon receipt, a replacement will be sent across to you.

OLD SOUL COLLECTIBLES

These pieces are available with free shipping within India, we do not ship these internationally. Since most of these items are vintage, they are pre-used, pre-loved and beautifully aged. They may have scratches and scuffs, the plating may have worn off and occasionally some missing parts may have been replaced by the original owners. If you’re a regular collector you know how it is.  Eina personally hand picks each item herself so inspite of their imperfections they’re still beautiful as they are. These pieces have been selected as décor pieces and not items of functional use. Please ask us any questions you have and we’ll be happy to answer them for you.
