Unique vintage brass inkwell in the shape of a Bosch style squat smiling devil. The crown of the head is a hinged lid that opens up to reveal the place to hold the ink reserve. The ears are shaped to hold the quills, and the entire figure is made with great detail in brass. Should be late 19th century France.
